工作职责:
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervises and directs project personnel and processes, to keep engineering projects running smoothly and within budget without compromising quality standards, as well as meeting customer, regulatory and organizational requirements
2. Report pertinent information regularly on project status through clear spoken and written communications
3. Support to build up a better organization through growth driving, processes maturing, and manage and coach engineers
Key Accountabilities
1. Participate in the project planning activities and manage the execution of projects according to plan
2. Manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external customers, keeping all informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on project requirements and deliverables
3. Proactively and reactively engage with the Product Management and Technical Support teams, global engineering teams, US and Asia Operations and quality teams as needed
4. Manage and communicate a clear vision of the project’s objectives, and motivate the project team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members.
5. Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline
6. Manage the financial aspects of the project: budgeting and estimate to actual variance.
7. Analyze risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action
8. Escalate issues early about the project to executive Engineering managements
9. Resolve customer escalations in a timely and cost-effective manner with urgency senses through engaging all stakeholders to drive corrective and preventive actions
10. Determine what constitutes successful closure for all parties. Gain acceptance and sign-off by all parties when closure is attained
11. Proactively manage project stakeholder satisfaction to position and secure customer reference and success story
12. Assist in defining new product development roadmap and requirements
13. Make sure project implementation 100% compliance with company Product Life Cycle development process
14. All project activities, deliverables and issues are well documented and traced in Confluence, Arena and Jira
15. Manage engineering change process and make sure all ECNs are solid technically and with agreements of stakeholders
16. Complete annual goal setting and performance assessment of subordinates in timely manner
任职要求:
1. Master or Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering or related;
2. 8 years or above full lifecycle electronics product development experience with project management roles
3. Expert of R&D project management processes and tools. PMP certification would be an asset
4. Experience of successful facilitation of work objectives using positive influence and coordination techniques
5. Excellent analytical and diagnosis skills with a common sense approach to problem solving
6. In-depth knowledge and application of engineering principles and concepts
7. Board knowledge of secured payment solutions is a significant plus
8. Good command of spoken and written English is must;
9. Team player with demonstrated commitment to growth and continuous improvement;
10. Willingness to change and Can-Do attitude
